You want to attract new customers. For that to happen, consumers first need to know that your product or service exists. Once they do, they then have to understand what your brand represents. What benefits will they receive if they pay for your product? What value will they enjoy if they sign up for your service? Why should they buy from your company instead of another one? You want consumers to be attracted to what you are selling. And what you are selling is embodied by your brand.
