For some time, colleagues and clients have been suggesting that I put my “virtual pen” to “virtual paper” and share some of my marketing know-how with others. Well, the time has arrived. Here we go….

Did it persuade the target audience to carry out the intended behavior? Did it get someone to remember a brand? Buy a product? Hire a service? Vote for a candidate? Tell another friend about an amazing customer service experience? Bottom line, marketing is about influencing others to take a desired action. No more. No less.
